本身双阴茎畸形的病例就非常少，加上如前文所述发生双阴茎的人往往不止是生殖器不正常，简单切一个留一个的做法是万万不可的。大夫们需要仔细研究病人内内外外究竟有哪些不正常的地方，再分别应用不同的手术方法分期处理，最后再重建整形。
看来，无论是双阴道还是双阴茎，都不是什么令人愉快的事啊。也难怪那传说中的王子最后郁郁而终了。最后，要提醒大家一句，本文不放图是有道理的，非常不推荐大家因为好奇去找病例的图。
